The Puzzel integration for Zendesk helps you merge the two systems, so you can handle all your inquiries in one place. You’ll be able to handle all your Puzzel calls in Zendesk Support while still getting all the useful data. Whenever you receive an inbound call or make an outbound call, a ticket is automatically created in Zendesk Support.

Core features

We’ve made a list of the core features below:

  • Automatic ticket creation.
  • Can be used with landline, mobile phone, and softphone.
  • Update status via the status selector dropdown.
  • Start an outbound call by typing or clicking a number.
  • Transfer calls to queues, agents, catalog contacts and phone numbers.
  • Consult with agents, catalog contacts and phone numbers during a call (incl. option to transfer).
  • Queue, Team, and Individual overview.
  • Automatic wrap-up timer.
  • Reporting on both inbound and outbound calls.
    • Amount of tickets measured by time created, per agent, and per group.

With the Puzzel app, you no longer have to go back and forth between the two software, and you’ll have all your tickets and data in one place.


Because of limited access to APIs, there are some current limitations to the app that we’d like to disclose:

  • It’s not possible to accept calls from within the Zendesk interface.
  • Choosing your outbound call number is not yet an option.
